Mechatronics Integration Technology Team
The team consists of 20 teachers, including 17 full-time and part-time teachers (5 professors, 8 associate professors, and 4 lecturers), and 3 industry mentors from outside the Institute. Team members have received a total of 23 honors, including individuals recognized as recipients of special government allowances from the State Council, provincial high-level talents, provincial technical experts, outstanding provincial teachers, and excellent teachers within the provincial military-industrial system. The team comes from the Major of Mechatronics Integration Technology, which has successively developed into a distinctive specialty for training skilled personnel in the national machinery industry, a “Comprehensive Reform Pilot” specialty in Henan Province, and a key major of the Action Plan for Innovation and Development of Higher Vocational Education by the Ministry of Education. In 2019, it was approved as a key specialty in the construction of high-level specialty groups for characteristic high-level vocational schools in China.

Internet Marketing and Live-streaming E-commerce
It serves national strategies and contributes to rural revitalization. It serves the construction of a skill-based society, deepens school-enterprise cooperation, and intensifies efforts in scientific research and skill competitions. In 2021, the “Internet Marketing and Live-streaming E-commerce Teacher and Teaching Innovation Team” was designated by the Ministry of Education as a “National-level Vocational Education, Teacher and Teaching Innovation Team Construction Project Unit”.

Intelligent Control and Application
Facing the responsibilities and opportunities of serving military-civilian integration, rural revitalization, and the high-quality development of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project, the Huang Danian-style Teacher Team for National Universities -- the Intelligent Control and Application Teacher Team, under the leadership of Professor Shi Zengfang, directly addresses talent and industry needs, integrate research achievements into teaching, and empower industrial development through technological innovation. The team consists of 21 members, including 7 professors and 9 associate professors. The team actively promotes the construction of a four-level system of science and technology special envoys at the national, provincial, municipal, and university levels, and collaborate on key core technologies in intelligent manufacturing, aiming to solve the challenge of transforming scientific and technological innovations into productive capabilities. The team’s teachers integrate the spirit of craftsmanship and military industry into the entire education process. Their graduates, rooted at the grassroots level, have successfully tackled challenges and earned titles such as “National Model Workers” and “National Outstanding Youths.”
