8. Guardianship Certificate (Applicants under the age of 18 must provide a guardianship certificate certified by my embassy or consulate abroad)
9. Certificate of No Criminal Record (Not provided by recent graduates. If the validity period is not indicated, it shall be valid for 6 months; if the validity period is indicated, the materials shall prevail.)
