I. Foreign Partner Institution: Vladimir State University, Russia

Vladimir State University, founded in 1958, is a comprehensive public university in Russia with over 21,000 students. The university comprises 13 faculties, offering 15 specialist programs, 71 specialist degree programs, 90 bachelor’s degree majors, 40 master’s degree majors, and 61 doctoral degree majors. The university has over 1,300 full-time faculty members, including 170 with doctoral degrees. Among them, there are 11 scientists and technicians working in the Russian Federation, 50 academicians and academicians graduated from different colleges, and over 700 associate doctors and professors. The quality management system of Vladimir State University is certified by BUREAU VERITAS CERTIFICATION RUS, the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS), and GOST R (the National Standard of Russia). II. Introduction to the Cooperative Program

Mechanical Manufacturing and Automation (China-Foreign Cooperative Education Program): This program is jointly run with Vladimir State University in Russia, relying on China and Russia’s intelligent manufacturing enterprises and modern high-end industry clusters. Through joint training by Russian experts, HPI experts, and enterprise engineers, students will acquire professional technical skills in intelligent processing of mechanical products, process and tooling design, programming and maintenance of intelligent production equipment, production organization, and quality management, which will enable them to become high-quality technical talents with craftsmanship spirit, international perspective, and innovation capability.

Mechatronics Integration Technology (China-foreign Cooperative Education Program): This program cultivates high-quality technical professionals who embody the socialist core values and develop comprehensively in morality, intelligence, physical fitness, aesthetics, and labor skills, possess a solid foundation in science and culture, good humanities literacy, professional ethics, and innovation awareness, as well as a spirit of craftsmanship and a strong ability for employment, entrepreneurship, and sustainable development. These students will acquire knowledge and technical skills in this field, including installation, debugging, fault handling, operation, and maintenance of electromechanical equipment and automated production lines, are capable of assembling, debugging, maintaining, and upgrading mechanical and electrical equipment and automated production line control systems, and will be capable of engaging in tasks such as installation, debugging, operation, maintenance, modification, and upgrade of electromechanical equipment and automated production lines.
